Shipping policy

Where we deliver

We deliver printed products across Lebanon. We do not currently ship internationally.

Digital PDF products are delivered by email and are available anywhere.

Delivery cost

Delivery within Lebanon is $5.00. Orders over $50.00 are delivered free.

Delivery time

Printed orders are prepared within 1 to 2 business days and typically arrive within 2 to 5 business days, depending on your area.

Delivery times are estimates, not guarantees. Weather, road conditions, and public holidays can cause delays.

Digital delivery

Digital PDFs are delivered by email immediately after payment is confirmed. The email contains a download link.

If it has not arrived within a few minutes, check your spam or junk folder. If you still cannot find it, contact us and we will resend it.

Digital products do not require delivery and are not charged a delivery fee. If your order contains only digital products, no delivery option appears at checkout.

Payment on delivery

Cash on delivery is available for printed products. Orders containing a digital product must be paid at checkout by Whish, because the file is delivered before a courier would arrive.

Tracking

We will contact you by WhatsApp or email when your order is dispatched.

Wrong or incomplete address

Please check your address and phone number before ordering. If a delivery fails because the address was wrong or the phone number was unreachable, redelivery may be charged again.
